Winemakers Comments

Apple, pear and citrus fruit character are in clear evidence in this wine. Also, it has developed the rich, viscous feel we like to see as our Chardonnay ages. Fish, shellfish, and fowl are excellent with our Chardonnay, as are ham, pork, and light pastas. And, it is a classic aperitif. Chill slightly.
