Winemakers Comments
This vintage has been highly regarded since the beginning and deserves to be so. Our 1997 Cabernet will not reach its peak for many years, as usual, and will benefit from breathing if consumed before 2010. We recommend at least 2 hours of aeration and up to 12 hours for drinking before 2006.
