2007 Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaker’s Comments
This wine is very vibrant and youthful in color, with a nose of violet, red plum, rasberry,
licorice, and spice. On the palate, a splash of more intense red cherries washes
in, along with an edge of black tea, tobacco, mint, and a finish that is long with
blackberries. The acidity is fresh, and the tannins are unified and supporting. Structurally,
this is an elegant, food-friendly Cabernet Sauvignon, middle-weight, deep,
and intense, with an old-world expression.
