Each year we strive to create wines that reflect site, vintage, and style. We extend that same inspiration to our Kosher Wines. All our Kosher wines are certified by the Orthodox Union and Non-Mevushal Kosher for Passover. Our winemaking team works directly with our Rabbinic winemaking team to ensure the Mayacamas Vineyards Kosher wines are made with the same style and detail as the traditional wines of Mayacamas Vineyards.
The primary difference is that handling and making of the Kosher wines is physically carried out by our Rabbis. This process starts during harvest with processing and is complete with bottling. Another key difference is scale. Our Kosher production is very small – with each wine being a single vineyard expression of the varietal bottling.
