FAQs
When will I be billed?
You will be charged twice each year ahead of each shipment in the spring and fall. Prior to each wine shipment, you will receive an email inviting you to preview your upcoming shipment, add to your order, and verify your billing and shipping information. You can update your club membership in your account settings at any time.
When do benefits begin?
Benefits begin once members receive their full annual spring and fall allocations.
Can I customize my shipment?
